Melbourne location invites local celebrity to share books with readers

Melbourne, FL, September 2019 – Jaimie Engle has called Brevard County home since she was seven, around the time she decided she would be a writer when she grew up. Now, she is a local celebrity, who shares literacy, social issues, and fantasy thrillers with kids and the young at heart through her line of JME Books. Jaimie will be signing books on Saturday, September 28, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble located at 1955 W. New Haven Avenue in Melbourne, Florida. This is the independent author’s 9th Barnes and Noble visit this year.
“It’s a huge achievement to sign books in a brick and mortar like Barnes & Noble, especially as an indie author,” shared Engle. “It’s been a lot of hard work to get those doors open, and I’ve met some amazing people along the way.”
This summer, Engle visited five Barnes & Noble locations in Central Florida as part of her “Summer Book Bash Tour”, a partnership between the retail bookstore and the author to raise money for the Orange County Library System.
“Jaimie brought lots of energy and passion to the book signing! She knows how to market her products and present them in an engaging way to her audience.” –David Hankerson, Store Manager, Barnes & Noble-Oviedo Mall.
