You’ve got an idea for a book. Let’s write it.

Turn your story into a finished manuscript — even if you’ve never written a word.

Why Your Book’s Still Unwritten

You’ve been sitting on an incredible story. But when you think about writing the book, you panic:

  • “I’m not a writer.”
  • “I have no idea where to start.”
  • “What if I never do it… and the story dies with me?”

You know your story matters — but you need help shaping it into something publishable. You need a guide who can elevate it without taking it over. You need a muse.

✨ How Chapter Drops™ Works

I got tired of seeing powerful stories go untold, or worse — rushed into print, poorly reviewed, and forgotten. I wanted to change that. So I created Chapter Drops™, a collaborative writing process guided by a professional writer. Each week, you’ll get a new chapter dropped in your inbox — for around $200 bucks. It’s that easy. —Jaimie Engle, Founder Chapter Drops™ Method

You stay in control. Your voice stays intact. And your story finally gets told.

What’s In A Drop

Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining a manuscript, you’ll get:

  • 1:1 Feedback — Support to guide you from idea to finished manuscript
  • Done-With-You Book Writing — We co-create your book, but you get to keep the credit.
  • Weekly Chapter Drops™ — Weekly chapters dropped Friday and you send edits back by Tuesday. Simple, steady, and totally doable.

Why Producers Prefer IP (and Why It Protects You)

If your story began as a screenplay or you plan to pitch producers someday, this part matters. When you pitch a script without IP, you’re exposed. Scripts get “borrowed.” Concepts get “inspired by.” And unless you have deep pockets, there’s often nothing you can do about it. But when your story is based on a published book you own, everything changes.

A book gives you:

  • Legal Protection — A published work is timestamped, registered, and defensible.
  • Creative Ownership — Your world, characters, and story exist in a fixed, documented form.
  • Proof of Originality — If someone tries to “borrow” your idea, the book proves it was yours first.
  • Industry Credibility — Producers take you more seriously when you own the source material.

For producers, a book reduces risk. For creators, a book protects your rights. For both, it creates a clear chain of ownership that keeps the project safe. If you’re pitching a script — or planning to — having the book first is the smartest move you can make.

Jaimie helped me round out my vision, and all-in-all, Jaimie made the text come alive with her attention to detail. Jaimie is also the easiest person to talk to, and is great in her feedback. I loved my novel, but after Jaimie, I love it even more. —Jennifer Kamer, Author “She Was Gone By Morning”

“I had zero writing experience. Jaimie walked me through every step, provided the professional editing, and overall guidance on my journey as a new writer. And now my first foray is a winner of The Silver Medal for Sci-Fi genre and the coup d’é·tat, 1st Runner Up for the Unpublished Book of the Year through the Royal Palm Literary Awards at the Florida Writers Association Conference! Now I’m an award-winning author!” — SL Dobbins, award-winning author of DeEvolved

I have been working on my book for many years putting it on the shelf to care for ill relatives. I was starting to think I would never get it done. I came to Jaimie as a complete beginner. She first edited my picture book, then helped me build my pitch and taught me how to pitch it with confidence. Because of her experience and expertise, my very first producer pitch led to a request for the screenplay — the same screenplay she wrote for me within 72 hours. Jaimie never made me feel inexperienced, always supported me, and even took the time to celebrate my win. Working with her was an incredibly valuable experience, and I highly recommend her.—Negrita Smart, Author “Grace and Friends”
