The Engleverse Pitch Room
Monthly coaching for all things book & film • $75/mo • cancel anytime
Once a month, pull up a chair in The Engleverse Pitch Room — a live coaching hour for all things book and film. Bring the plot knot you can’t untie, the screenplay question you keep circling, the “is this idea any good?” you’ve been sitting on — and get honest, working-pro feedback on Zoom.
It’s $75 a month, cancel anytime — one focused hour, once a month. When you sign up, you can email your questions and concerns in advance, so we spend the whole session on exactly what’s keeping you stuck instead of warming up.
Your coaching rotates between award-winning screenwriter and Engleverse architect Jaimie Engle and filmmaker-producer Steve Deering — sometimes solo, sometimes together. Whether you’re drafting your first novel or shopping a script, you’ll leave with clarity and a real next step.

Steve Deering
Writer · Director · Producer · FilmmakerSteve is a Los Angeles–based writer, director, and producer, and the founder of Gargoyle Media. Early in his career he interned under legendary producer Robert Evans — a mentorship that shaped everything that followed — and he has spent more than a decade crafting short films, music videos, and features.
His specialty is horror-comedy, built on a simple belief: “laughing at something that could be frightening gives people a sense of power over it.” He’s currently producing his first feature, Aria-Remix, and mentors writers on turning bold ideas into finished, filmable stories.
